Details:	I called Willie Kelsey on 5/1 to discuss a question he had about the Water System Survey. One of the subjects discussed was how the well casing was significantly rusted and chipping on the exterior. Willie told me he was currently working on: 1. Wire brushing the loose rust off the exterior of the well casing 2. Using a rust inhibitor, a primer 3. Adding an oil based enamel to prevent further rusting I then emailed Pete Farrelly (DWS) about this, to confirm these processes are done in an approved manner and would meet setbacks to hazards.
